[Asia Economy Reporter Geum Bo-ryeong] Sewon announced on the 9th that it has decided to acquire 2,373,291 shares (6.33%) of Infraware from Selvas AI.
The acquisition amount is 5.9 billion KRW, which corresponds to 17.04% of the consolidated equity as of the end of 2018.
