The two companies plan to develop and launch within this month the 'Sitter Safety Insurance,' which compensates for physical and property damage or legal liability caused to children, parents, or third parties due to the caregiver's negligence during childcare service use.
Since its service launch in 2007, SitterNet has become a leading company in the babysitter job matching field, currently boasting a cumulative membership of 650,000.
Yoo Jang-ho, Executive Director of Corporate Sales Division 2 at Hyundai Marine & Fire Insurance, said, "We will strive to create an environment where parents can use childcare services with peace of mind," adding, "We will do our best to develop related products and provide various services."
