A colleague discovered the situation and made the report.

The police and 119 rescue team rushed to the scene, but A was already confirmed dead.

The police believe A was working alone when caught in the machine and plan to investigate the exact circumstances of the accident as well as check whether the factory officials complied with safety regulations.
