[Asia Economy Reporter Dongwoo Lee] Koo Ja-yeol, Chairman of LS Group, urged new employees to lead challenges and changes in organizational culture.
On the 17th, Chairman Koo personally pinned company badges on new employees at the '2020 LS Group New Employee Induction Ceremony' held at LS Miraewon in Anseong City, delivering this message.
Chairman Koo said, "Set a goal today for what you want to achieve 30 years from now and let's realize that dream together with LS. Many of this year's new employees are global talents in overseas business sectors, so let's join forces with our outstanding seniors to accomplish great things in the global market."
He emphasized two 'C's for becoming a true LS person. Chairman Koo said, "The first is Challenge: you are young and can dream and achieve anything, so take on challenges. The second is Change: I ask new employees to play a role in changing existing practices and organizational culture."
Since his inauguration in 2013, Chairman Koo has participated annually in the new employee induction ceremony to deliver his message. He has also personally practiced neighborly love by volunteering in briquette delivery with new employees.
Meanwhile, this year's LS Group new employee training is scheduled to take place from the 2nd to the 21st of this month at LS Miraewon in Anseong City. After completing training courses such as the 'Future Program' for new business planning, 'Coding Program Design for Digital Transformation Skill-up,' and 'Major Business Site Tours,' employees will be assigned to their positions.
