Jang Keun-suk to appear on "The Guru Show"

Singer-actor Jang Keun-suk will appear on talk show "The Guru Show" for the next two weeks, according to his agency Tree J. Company on Thursday.

Jang recorded the show at broadcaster MBC's studio in the Gyeonggi Province just yesterday, where he told the show's host Kang Ho-dong about the truths and misunderstandings regarding himself and his life as a superstar in Asia, Tree J. explained through a press release.

He also confessed a concern of his to Kang Ho-dong on the popular show which is in the format of Kang playing a guru who helps resolve concerns that celebrities have.

Jang's segments of the show was recorded in a single session but will be split into two parts and go on air on September 7 and 14.

Jang, appeared in a number of films and dramas after debuting at the young age of five as a catalog model.

He then rose to stardom throughout the region after starring in "He's Beautiful" (SBS, 2009) and has actively promoted himself in various ways including leading a singing career in Japan which has been met with success as well.

He is now readying for his double main character roles in a Korean drama tentatively titled "Love Rain" which is scheduled to air in the first half of next year after going into shoot this month.
