Gyeongju City Council Member Han Soonhee Wins Legislative Activities Award at 2025 Local Legislative Awards

On September 13, Gyeongju City Council member Han Soonhee received the Encouragement Award in the legislative activities category at the "2025 Local Legislative Awards - Outstanding Ordinance and Research Group Ceremony," hosted by Law Journal Co., Ltd., held at the DMC Advanced Industry Center Seminar Forum in Mapo-gu, Seoul.

The legislative activities category of the Local Legislative Awards comprehensively evaluates legislative achievements and policy contributions among local and metropolitan council members nationwide. Among the 21 basic council awardees across the country, Han Soonhee was the only recipient from North Gyeongsang Province, recognized for her proposal of the "Ordinance on Fostering and Supporting Local Creators."

Han Soonhee stated, "I am delighted that my legislative activities, prepared for the region and its citizens, have been recognized through expert evaluation. I also feel a great sense of responsibility to do even better in the future. I will put my heart into even the smallest policies to do my utmost to help improve citizens' lives."
