The Chungnam Office of Education announced that on the afternoon of June 12, it conducted a capacity-building training session for 95 members of the Kindergarten Curriculum Field Support Group at the Asan City Youth Education and Culture Center.

During the training, Shin Hyunsook, lead teacher at Changsin Kindergarten in Cheongju, was invited to give a lecture on "Sharing Lessons for Teachers' Professional Growth." The session included discussions on how teachers can grow and regain self-esteem through teaching, as well as sharing concerns experienced by teachers in the classroom.

Next, Oh Miseon, vice principal of the affiliated kindergarten at Guyam Elementary School, led a session on "A Happy Educational Community Through Healthy Communication." Participants discussed and explored methods of communication and cooperation within the educational community, focusing on running play- and learning-centered after-school programs.

Yang Eunju, head of the Early Childhood Education and Welfare Division at the Chungnam Office of Education, stated, "Today's training was a valuable opportunity to enhance the expertise of the support group, who work quietly on the front lines to provide tailored educational support and foster professional growth. We will continue to do our best to support a happier and safer educational environment for both teachers and young children, as well as to strengthen the capabilities of the support group."
