Dongsuh University Graduate School of Business Holds Closing Ceremony for the 27th Executive MBA Program First Semester

Dongsuh University (President Jang Jeguk) held the closing ceremony for the 27th Executive MBA Program, organized by the Graduate School of Business, on June 10, 2025, at the Emerald Hall on the second floor of the Nongshim Hotel in Busan.

This closing ceremony was organized as a meaningful event to strengthen the network among local economic leaders and to prepare for the future. The event was a great success, with over 80 participants in attendance, including key figures from the Busan and Gyeongnam regions.


Im Hyotaek, Dean of the Graduate School of Business, delivered a congratulatory address, stating, "I expect that those of you who have successfully completed the 2025-1 semester Executive MBA Program will lead the development and innovation of the local community. I hope you will continue to grow as leaders through ongoing learning and collaboration."


The special lecture at the closing ceremony was delivered by Lee Chaeyoon, CEO of Reno Industrial, under the theme "This Is How I Manage."


Introducing the success story of Reno Industrial, Lee shared his management philosophy and know-how, including the importance of building corporate culture, creative technology development, industry-academia cooperation, and strategies for entering global markets. In particular, he presented unique management methods for maximizing employee capabilities and managing all business operations through quantification, which resonated strongly with the attendees.


The 27th Executive MBA Program at Dongsuh University successfully concluded its first semester, nurturing the next generation of leaders who will drive the regional economy through a systematic curriculum covering innovative management strategies, global economic trends, sustainable growth strategies, and digital transformation.
