The Office expects that providing quality housing support by region will not only create a stable living environment and alleviate housing insecurity but also help boost the morale of young public officials.

Earlier, Lim Tae-hee, Superintendent of Gyeonggi Provincial Office of Education, promised, "We will promptly prepare measures so that young public officials can work without worrying about housing."

An official from the Office stated, "In April 2024, we established a foundation to secure long-term leased housing in urban areas through a business agreement with the Korea Land and Housing Corporation (LH). We plan to review project implementation plans targeting 25 education support offices within the province to resolve the issue of waiting lists for housing occupancy and to enhance welfare."
