Police Confirm Movement Path and Conduct Search
A first-year high school female student has been missing for four days after leaving home saying she was going to school, and the police have launched a search.
The Gwanak Police Station in Seoul received a report from the family on the 18th that 15-year-old Kim Ji-hye went missing in Bongcheon-dong, Gwanak-gu. Kim, a first-year high school student, lost contact with her family after leaving home the previous day to go to school.

Kim, who is 150 cm tall and weighs 38 kg, has a slim and small build, an oval face, short hair, and was wearing her school uniform and glasses at the time of her disappearance. The location of disappearance is 23ragil, Bongcheon-ro, Gwanak-gu, Seoul.
Kim’s family has disclosed her personal information on social networking services (SNS) and requested tips. Kim’s parents said, "We are looking for our missing child. She left to go to school on the 17th but has not returned." They added, "There are records of her wandering around Doksan-dong, Boramae Park, and Sillim Station areas, but she has not been found yet." They appealed, "If anyone has seen the child, please contact us. We ask for prayers so she can return safely."
A Gwanak Police Station official said, "We are currently confirming Kim’s movements and conducting a search," and added, "The missing persons team and the violent crimes team have been deployed to track Kim." The National Police Agency’s Missing Children Search Center has also released Kim’s personal information. The police urge citizens who see a student believed to be Kim to report it.
