Climb Korea, the only ZipZag installation company in Korea, announced that it has signed an exclusive supply contract with the UK-based Zip Zag Rides.
Representatives from Zip Zag Rides in the UK visited Climb Korea's headquarters to sign the agreement and spent time consolidating various installation know-how together.
ZipZag is a single-rider zip coaster that flies through the air, operating without electricity and relying solely on vertical height differences as a non-powered recreational facility. Since it uses a loop system where the start and end points are the same, it offers high efficiency in space and flow. The use of vertical drops and curved tracks provides users with a more dynamic experience.
Recently, the number of recreational forests and experience facilities installing ZipZag has been increasing. Through this contract, Climb Korea has combined its accumulated technology and design expertise with products manufactured and imported by Zip Zag Rides in the UK to complete projects such as Nami Island Tree Coaster, Yeongyang Youth Training Center, Heunglimsan Natural Recreational Forest, Yonghwasan Forest Complex Experience Center, and Sports Monster Anseong branch.
An official stated, “Through this contract, we will apply Zip Zag Rides' know-how to domestic recreational facilities, recreational forests, and experience centers, and starting from this, we aim to grow as the official supplier providing comprehensive installation services from production to construction throughout the Asian region.”
Additionally, Climb Korea is a specialized company in artificial rock walls and rope courses, having constructed over 440 out of approximately 600 artificial rock climbing sites nationwide, securing a 70% market share in Korea.
