[Asia Economy Reporter Minwoo Lee] SJM announced on the 14th that it has decided to acquire 16,693 shares of MH Technology Development, a manufacturer of automotive engine parts, for approximately 2 billion KRW. With this, SJM will secure a 10.71% stake in MH Technology Development.
SJM explained that this is a "stake investment to enter the electric vehicle parts business."
