Rock band CNBLUE claimed the top spots on Gaon's singles and album charts with their third mini-album "EAR FUN," according to Gaon’s website for the last week of March.
CNBLUE’s title track “Hey You" made its debut atop Gaon’s weekly singles chart based on Gaon’s data compiled between March 25 and 31.
Dropping “EAR FUN” on March 26, the group has been posting fairly good records after moving 53,155 copies of their latest album.
In addition, “Missing You Like Crazy” by Girls’ Generation’s Taeyeon which is featured in the soundtrack to MBC's series “The King 2Hearts” soundtrack stormed to the No. 2 spot on the singles chart.
Three-member band Busker Busker, who released their debut album “Spring Breeze” in mainstream K-pop on March 29, grabbed the third spot with their title song “Cherry Blossom Ending.”
Meanwhile, Gaon’s album chart showed a similar trend by CNBLUE’s “EAR FUN” stealing the top spot upon its debut last week.
SHINee’s fourth mini-album “Sherlock” followed next in second place and Busker Busker’s self-titled first album sat in the third.
