Korean TV personality Boom wants boy band INFINITE to join his so-called school of entertainment called 'Boom Academy.'

Boom, a regular guest on SBS talk show "Strong Heart," appeared on a pre-recorded session of the show which aired on Tuesday and said his first choice for new members of his 'Boom Academy' is INFINITE, adding "I like the look in member Sung-jong's eyes in particular."

He then said, "While I was watching music programs during my military duties, singer Park Hyo-shin said he feels that INFINITE will make it big in the music business."

INFINITE member Woo-hyun said that Boom met with the group a few days before they won first place on Mnet's "M! CountDown" and told the boys that he believed they will become successful.

'Boom Academy' was created by Boom in order to teach his fellow celebrities on the required skill sets to make successful appearances on variety programs.

It caused a line of stars including Super Junior's Lee Teuk and Fly to the Sky's Brian to set up similar 'schools.'

Boom, whose real name is Lee Min-ho, made his debut a member of group Key in 1997 and later released his first single "Boom Up" as a hip-hop artist in 2006. He has appeared in a number of entertainment programs and was recently discharged from the military.

INFINITE, composed of other members Sung-kyu, Dong-woo, L, Sung-yeol, Hoya and Sung-jong, will make their comeback with their repackaged album next week.
