Korean actress Kim Hye-ja has won the award for Best Actress at China's Golden Rooster and Hundred Flowers Film Festival for her role in the film "Mother", according to a press release on Friday.The Golden Rooster and Hundred Flowers Film Festival -- considered China's equivalent of the Academy Awards -- combines the Golden Rooster votes by critics and industry experts and the Hundred Flowers votes submitted by the general public.
