On January 14, Hanwha Investment & Securities announced that it will officially launch a company-wide education program for digital talent development.
This program has been designed to enhance employees' digital literacy (the understanding and utilization of digital technologies) and to strengthen practical digital expertise in response to the rapidly changing financial environment.
Starting with this training, Hanwha Investment & Securities plans to nurture professionals who will lead the convergence of digital assets and traditional finance, in order to realize its vision of becoming the "Global No.1 RWA (Real World Asset) Hub."
The program will be operated in two tracks according to the target audience: the "Leader Digital Insight Course" and the "Company-wide Digital Common Course." The Leader Digital Insight Course, targeting executives and department heads, will be conducted as offline group training over four sessions from January 14 to February 5. Key topics include ▲ designing digital asset business models ▲ new growth strategies based on Web 3.0 (the next-generation decentralized internet) ▲ restructuring work methods in financial organizations in the era of artificial intelligence (AI). These topics are intended to help leaders establish practical digital business strategies.
The Company-wide Digital Common Course, targeting all employees, will be conducted online for one month from January 12 to February 11. This course focuses on enhancing the organization's overall digital execution capabilities through modules such as ▲ understanding digital strategy ▲ basics of generative AI and prompt engineering ▲ practical training on improving work productivity using AI.
Centered around the newly established Digital L&D (Learning and Development) Center at the end of last year, Hanwha Investment & Securities plans to lead digital financial innovation by implementing a variety of programs, including the regular publication of a digital newsletter and an advanced AI utilization bootcamp (an intensive short-term training course).
Kim Dohyung, Head of the Innovation Support Office at Hanwha Investment & Securities, stated, "Digital assets and AI technology are key factors that determine competitiveness in the financial market," adding, "This training program will serve as a foundation for Hanwha Investment & Securities to become the 'Global No.1 RWA Hub.'"
