"Shinhan Career On" is a youth employment promotion program initiated by Shinhan Bank in 2021. It provides basic practical skills training for students at vocational high schools.

This competition saw the participation of approximately 360 second- and third-year students from vocational high schools nationwide. After the first preliminary round, 10 finalists were selected. These 10 students received one-on-one professional consulting for about two weeks, including portfolio enhancement, speech coaching, and presentation PPT preparation, as they prepared for the final stage.

In the final round, participants presented their own portfolios focusing on their growth process, career vision, and job competencies. The judging panel included supervisors from the Seoul Metropolitan Office of Education and career support officers from the Gyeonggi Provincial Office of Education.

A total of four students were selected as winners, receiving the Grand Prize, Excellence Award, and Merit Award. The winners were awarded certificates and prizes worth a total of 7 million won. The Grand Prize went to Lee Soye, a student at Daegu Software Meister High School who aspires to become a front-end developer. Lee Soye commented, "Through this preparation process, I was able to gain certainty and confidence in my career path," and added, "I hope to become a developer who can contribute to society in the future."

A Shinhan Bank official stated, "It was a meaningful occasion to witness the students' capabilities in career exploration and their well-prepared passion," and added, "We will continue to provide a variety of tailored support so that vocational high school students can proactively design their own futures."
