On June 12, during the first round of the Hana Bank Invitational?a tournament co-hosted by the Korea Professional Golfers' Association (KPGA) Tour and the Japan Golf Tour Organization (JGTO)?held at The Heaven Country Club (par 72) in Ansan, Gyeonggi Province, Lee made a hole-in-one with his tee shot on the 8th hole (par 3, 135 yards).

Lee Kyumin experienced the joy of a hole-in-one once again, just one month after achieving one on the 5th hole (par 3) during the first round of the KPGA Tour SK Telecom Open last month. He also received a Mercedes-Benz E200 EV, valued at 75 million won, as a prize. This marks the first time since Ok Taehun last year that a player has recorded two hole-in-ones in a single KPGA Tour season.

Lee Kyumin expressed his excitement, saying, "I used a 9-iron for the shot, and it felt great. I could see the ball rolling straight into the hole." On this day, he finished with one hole-in-one, three birdies, and four bogeys for a score of 1-under-par 71.
