Integration and Relocation of Teheran-ro and Jamsil Branches
"Strengthening Capabilities in Personal and Corporate Loans"
Korea Investment Savings Bank announced on June 12 that it has opened the Gangnam Financial Center in Gangnam-gu, Seoul.
The Gangnam Center is an expanded and relocated facility that integrates the existing Teheran-ro branch and Jamsil branch.
With this expansion, the bank has increased the number of customer service counters and enhanced customer convenience facilities, including rest areas and consultation rooms.
The Gangnam Center will focus on providing customized financial services, such as diversifying personal loan products and advancing the credit evaluation system.
The bank also plans to expand its corporate loan division to meet the needs of small business owners and small and medium-sized enterprise customers.
It will strengthen its role as a regional financial hub by pursuing collaboration with nearby financial institutions.
A representative from Korea Investment Savings Bank stated, "The Gangnam Center is not just a simple branch integration, but a strategic move in response to the changing financial environment," and added, "We will further expand the Gangnam financial network and enhance customer-centric financial services."
