This meeting was held as part of an international exchange program, with four researchers from the National Institute of Special Needs Education of Japan, including Director Kiyoshige Taganobu, visiting to exchange information on "educational support for students with health impairments," a program operated by the Chungnam Office of Education.

Attendees included representatives from the National Institute of Special Needs Education of Japan, the National Institute of Special Education of Korea, and the Chungnam Provincial Office of Education. They listened to presentations on Chungnam's educational support policies for students with health impairments and its remote education support initiatives, and discussed ways to promote mutual exchange.
