In commemoration of the Month of Patriots and Veterans, Hoban Group held a ceremony to honor and remember the spirit of those who sacrificed their lives for the nation.

According to Hoban Group on June 12, the previous day, about 30 executives and employees from affiliates such as Hoban Construction and Taihan Electric Wire, as well as members of the 'Junior Board,' participated in a wreath-laying and environmental cleanup activity at the War Memorial of Korea in Yongsan-gu, Seoul.


The volunteer event began with a special lecture on the Korean War by a professional guide, followed by cleaning the memorial tablets of the fallen, organizing the War History and Overseas Deployment Exhibition Halls, and a sequence of wreath-laying and silent tribute. Kim Daehun, Executive Vice President of Planning at Hoban Group, along with other executives and employees, expressed their gratitude by donating 10 million won to the War Memorial development fund.


Lee Myeongeun, Assistant Manager at Hoban Construction, said, "It was a meaningful time to reflect on the sacrifices of veterans and the spirit of patriotism amidst our busy daily lives," adding, "Participating together with the Junior Board made it even more significant." The Hoban Group Junior Board is an internal organization established to promote a positive organizational culture and strengthen communication among employees.


Since 2023, Hoban Group has continued its volunteer activities at the War Memorial, donating a total of 30 million won to the development fund. Last year, the group also delivered a total of 60 million won in 'Companion Scholarships' for the children of national public officials, including soldiers, firefighters, and police officers.
