The meeting was attended by 25 officers from 11 agencies with the highest records of facility construction contracts, including the Busan Metropolitan Office of Education, Busan Transportation Corporation, and Ulsan Ulju County.

During the meeting, the agency requested cooperation for the prompt execution of procurement projects, provided information on amendments to facility construction-related regulations, and listened to the challenges faced by demand agencies in procurement operations.

Following the meeting, the agency held a "Public Procurement Partnership Day," inviting five local procurement companies specializing in outstanding and innovative facility construction products to introduce their products directly and conduct one-on-one purchase consultations with the participating demand agencies.

Shin Bongjae stated, "I hope today's event serves as an opportunity for communication and cooperation among the Public Procurement Service, demand agencies, and procurement companies, and becomes a catalyst for local small and medium-sized enterprises with excellent technological capabilities to grow through the public procurement market." He added, "We are planning a total of six Partnership Day events this year, and I ask for the active interest and participation of local public institutions to help vitalize the regional economy."
