Simacro announced on the 20th that it has launched its digital twin-based process optimization solution, 'Process Metaverse' (PMv), in the global market.
PMv is a digital twin solution that enhances the efficiency of chemical and bio processes through an online Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform. It is designed to allow on-site operators to easily understand process diagrams digitally by building manufacturing facilities and processes in a virtual space and linking them in real time.

To commemorate the global launch of PMv, Simacro held a Global Demo Day event on the 8th at the Korea Science and Technology Center in Gangnam-gu, Seoul. The event was attended by more than 90 industry officials, investors, and technology partners from Korea, Japan, and the United States.
PMv is expected to contribute to improving productivity and sustainability by integrating process data, simulation models, and AI. Simacro has secured numerous early customers during its three years of development and is currently receiving adoption inquiries from more than 10 process industry companies both domestically and internationally.
Yoon Jungho, CEO of Simacro, stated, "We aim to grow into a platform company leading the digital transformation of the global process industry," adding, "We plan to expand into overseas markets, focusing on Japan, the United States, and the Middle East."
Simacro was founded in 2018 in Boston, United States, and is focused on developing technologies for manufacturing process innovation, with experts from global engineering companies such as AspenTech, Technip, and SABIC at its core.
