Recruitment for the 4th Cohort Scheduled for the Second Half of the Year
Cheonan City in Chungnam Province announced that it is recruiting companies to participate in the 3rd cohort of C-STAR until the 21st.
C-STAR is a program that combines the 'C' from Cheonan and 'STAR' from startup, selecting startups with strong technological capabilities and high growth potential to provide customized support.
Eligible applicants are technology-based startups established within the last seven years with a headquarters, branch, or research center in Cheonan as of the announcement date. After a screening process, approximately five companies will be selected.
Yoon Junggil, Director of Future Strategy, said, "I hope startups with a desire for growth will take on the C-STAR challenge and enjoy many benefits," adding, "As the recruitment for the 4th cohort is also scheduled for the second half of the year, we support the continuous challenges and passion of startups."
Meanwhile, the city selected 14 companies for the 1st and 2nd cohorts of C-STAR last year, attracting investments totaling 24.4 billion KRW for 10 companies through connections with investors, proof-of-concept support, and market entry assistance.
