On the 2nd, the Inno-Biz Association announced that it signed a business agreement with the Kim Chang-Jun Korea-America Institute in the conference room of the Kim Chang-Jun Korea-America Institute in Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul. The Kim Chang-Jun Korea-America Institute is an organization operated by Chairman Kim Chang-Jun, the first Korean-American to serve three terms as a U.S. federal congressman, and runs programs such as visits by current and former lawmakers and the Kim Chang-Jun Global Leadership Academy.
The signing ceremony was attended by Jeong Gwang-cheon, president of the Inno-Biz Association, along with Executive Director Kim Hong-seok and Head of Department Noh Hee-cheol, while the Kim Chang-Jun Korea-America Institute was represented by Chairman Kim Chang-Jun, Vice Chair Jennifer Ahn, and Secretary General Heo Doo-hee.
Through this agreement, both organizations agreed to establish a cooperative foundation to enhance the global capabilities of Inno-Biz companies by ▲supporting Inno-Biz companies’ entry into the U.S. market ▲building networks to strengthen Korea-U.S. economic partnerships ▲providing information on the business environment in the U.S. Accordingly, they plan to jointly discover and implement practical support programs tailored to the needs of Inno-Biz companies, such as developing local entry support linkage programs and cooperating on the Kim Chang-Jun Global Leadership Academy to form local networks.
President Jeong stated, "North America is a key export hub for Inno-Biz companies following Asia, and this agreement aims to establish a cooperative foundation to expand local networks." He added, "We will continue to expand effective policies and support for the overseas expansion of Inno-Biz companies."
Meanwhile, amid the launch of the new U.S. administration and rapidly changing global trade environment, the association is promoting the establishment of networks to strengthen partnerships with Fullerton City in the U.S. and the Federation of Korean-American Chambers of Commerce in the Americas by signing business agreements, as well as enhancing partnerships with Buena Park City.
