IBK Industrial Bank Launches Small Business Card Merchant Registration and Deposit Account Change Service

Free Agency Service for Small Business Owners

IBK Industrial Bank announced on the 18th the launch of the 'Card Merchant Registration and Deposit Account Change Service' to enhance the convenience of business processing for small business owners.

This is a free agency service that allows customers to newly register all card company merchants or change deposit accounts in bulk with a single application.

Customers no longer need to apply individually to each of the nine card companies or pay for applications through Value Added Network (VAN) companies when registering new card merchants or changing deposit accounts.

The processing period has also been shortened from an average of 5 to 10 days to two days.

Any individual or corporate business customer with an account at IBK Industrial Bank can visit a branch to apply for the service.

Starting next month, applications will also be available through the free mobile POS app 'IBK Box POS.' IBK Industrial Bank plans to expand non-face-to-face application channels to allow applications through the app.

An IBK Industrial Bank official stated, "IBK Industrial Bank prioritizes enhancing customer value," adding, "To practice IBK's 'Value Finance,' we will continue to develop services that resolve customer pain points."
