SM artists to tour to Paris in June

A concert featuring some of SM Entertainment's top artists will take place in France's capital of Paris in June following their successful performances in Seoul, Los Angeles, Tokyo and Shanghai.

SM announced in a press release today that TVXQ, Super Junior, Girls' Generation, SHINee and f(x) will take the stage at the Le Zenith de Paris on June 10 as part of their "SMTOWN LIVE WORLD TOUR."

Other world-renowned artists have performed at the Le Zenith de Paris including Ne-Yo, the Pussycat Dolls and the Jonas Brothers.

The show will be organized with the support of the Visit Korea Committee, the Centre Culturel Coreen and the Korean Tourism Organization in France.

SM's world tour 2010 first kicked off in Seoul in late August last year and has placed at No. 10 on the U.S. Billboard Boxcore chart for attracting over 15,000 fans and raking in over one million dollars in ticket sales.

SM, founded by former singer Lee Soo-man in 1995, is one of the most influential entertainment agencies in Korea alongside YG and JYP Entertainment, well known for raising popular singers that date back to the times of H.O.T. and S.E.S. in the late 90s.

They currently manage the careers of some of the most successful K-pop artists including TVXQ, Super Junior, Girls' Generation, SHINee and f(x).
