'My Bittersweet Life' regains top spot on weekly TV charts

KBS' daily series "My Bittersweet Life" took back its No. 1 spot on weekly TV charts during the final week of August. "My Bittersweet Life," starring Jung Eun-chae and TRAX's Jay, became the most-watched program in the country with viewership ratings of 22.2 percent and 21 percent on Total National Multimedia Statistics’ (TNmS) and AGB Nielsen Media Research's charts, respectively. Last week's episode focused on how Eun-nim (Jung) was one step closer in finding out who her real mother is after receiving a baby picture of herself from Yoon-mi (Kang Sora). Former winner KBS' weekend drama "Ojakgyo Brothers," featuring Joo Won and UIE, slipped to second place on both charts with viewership ratings of 21 percent and 20.4 percent.
