GS Construction announced on the 31st that it plans to launch 'Byeollae Xi The Star' Executive and Officetel II in the Byeollae Housing Development District in Byeollae-dong, Namyangju-si, Gyeonggi-do next month. The complex will consist of a total of 604 residential units for living accommodations and 156 officetel units, ranging from 4 basement floors to a maximum of 29 floors above ground.
With the currently operating Gyeongchun Line Byeollae Station, as well as the extension of Line 8 and the GTX-B line, commuting to the Gangnam area and central Seoul is expected to become more convenient. A GS Construction sales official stated, "The location of Byeollae Xi The Star Executive and Officetel II is considered an excellent site within Byeollae New Town, offering abundant transportation networks and lifestyle infrastructure, which is expected to attract significant interest from potential buyers."
