TVXQ will disclose the title track to their upcoming repackaged album next week, according to their agency SM Entertainment on Thursday.
A press release by SM explained that the song titled “Before U Go,” the title track to the repackaged album of “Why (Keep Your Head Down),” will be revealed via major online music sites including MelOn, Bugs, Dosirak and Naver Music on Monday, two days before the album goes on sale.
“Before U Go” is an R&B tune about a guy who pleads the girl leaving him to at least remember him as a guy who had truly loved her.
The teaser video for the song will be opened to the public at noon tomorrow on TVXQ's official website and SM’s official YouTube channel.
The repackaged album itself will feature a total of 14 tracks including the new song and variations of it, and the album's cover will be able to be used as an acrylic frame to display any one of the 54 postcards of the boys included in the album.
The original album, first revealed in early January with the title track of the same name, was a hit across several countries in Asia, taking over a number of prestigious online and offline music charts in Korea as well as in Japan and Taiwan.
TVXQ, formerly composed of five members Hero Jaejoong, Mickey Yuchun, Max Changmin and U-Know Yunho, enjoyed high popularity throughout Asia as one the leading dance groups in K-pop scene since their debut in 2004.
However, after disputing with agency SM Entertainment over the unfairness of their 13-year exclusive contract, Jaejoong, Yuchun and Junsu halted their activities as TVXQ and instead formed trio JYJ. TVXQ is now a duo group led by two remaining members Changmin and Yunho.
