This event, organized and hosted by the Namyangju Branch of the Korean Freedom Federation, was held to report on the branch's operational achievements in 2025, to present awards to distinguished members, and to promote unity among members. Around 150 people attended, including Jo Sungdae, chairman of the Namyangju City Council, city council members, Mayor Joo Gwangdeok, provincial council members, executives and members of the Namyangju Branch of the Korean Freedom Federation.

Before the official start of the event, a memorandum of understanding (MOU) for mutual cooperation was signed between the Namyangju Branch of the Korean Freedom Federation and the Namyangju Branch of the Korea Foodservice Industry Association. The event then proceeded with the entrance of color guards from six affiliated organizations, introductions of guests, viewing of promotional and activity videos from the federation and the branch, followed by the awards ceremony and congratulatory speeches.

In his congratulatory speech, Chairman Jo expressed, "First, I would like to extend my deepest respect and gratitude to the approximately one thousand members who have quietly dedicated themselves to the development of the Korean Freedom Federation. This year, the Namyangju Branch has achieved valuable outcomes in raising security awareness, restoring the community, and promoting civic unity through a variety of local initiatives, including freedom protection activities, youth guidance programs, the Posuni Volunteer Corps, and the Peaceful Unification Walkathon, all driven by the sweat and passion of each member."

He continued, "This year, the Namyangju City Council, as the representative body for 740,000 citizens, has made every effort to listen closely to the voices of our citizens and to ensure that the needs of the field are reflected in municipal administration. Among these efforts, the abolition of the Han River Law, which has long restricted citizens' property rights, is a challenge that must be addressed for the sustainable growth of Namyangju."

He added, "The abolition of the Han River Law is not just about benefiting a specific region, but about enhancing the value of all of Namyangju and strengthening the city's competitiveness. The benefits will be directly returned to all citizens, including those present here. I urge the Korean Freedom Federation, which cherishes the values of liberal democracy, to join in raising your voices for the property rights and happiness of Namyangju citizens."
