Covering All Annual Maintenance Costs
Golfzon announced on December 3 that it has provided golf simulators to the King Sejong Station and Jang Bogo Station in Antarctica.
This marks the seventeenth consecutive year of free support. Golfzon covers all annual maintenance costs to operate the simulators, aiming to offer leisure activities and contribute to the mental and social well-being of polar researchers working in harsh and isolated environments.

Golfzon first donated a golf simulator to the King Sejong Station on King George Island in Antarctica in 2009, and installed an additional simulator at the Jang Bogo Station in 2014.
A researcher at King Sejong Station commented, "The screen golf simulator is a great help for team members to maintain a sense of normalcy in their daily lives. When introducing our facilities to visitors from other countries' research stations, the screen golf area is always a highlight. Sports-based exchanges like this also play a positive role in fostering international cooperation."
