On December 2, the Suwon Yeongtong Police Station in Gyeonggi Province announced plans to book a man in his twenties, identified as A, on charges of obstruction of business and obstruction of general traffic. A is accused of parking his Lamborghini at the entrance of the parking lot of an apartment complex with 700 households in Yeongtong-gu, Suwon, at around 1:30 p.m. that day, blocking vehicle passage for about an hour.

A, a resident of the apartment, reportedly became angry during a dispute with the apartment management office over the registration process for visitor vehicles and was unable to control his temper, leading to this incident.

By blocking the parking lot entrance with his car, A caused significant inconvenience to other residents. One resident said, "Messages were posted in the group chat saying that children had to be picked up outside the apartment because the kindergarten bus couldn't get in."

Some residents also posted complaints on local online communities. One resident wrote, "I'm so angry that a 'parking villain' has appeared in the apartment I moved into this spring, so I decided to post about it. This vehicle has caused inconvenience before by speeding and double parking in the underground parking lot. This time, the owner blocked the entrance in protest against being denied entry according to the complex's rules and then disappeared."

The resident added, "I only ever saw things like this on the news, but now it's happening in our complex. I'm furious and frustrated. Is there any way to take separate action in such cases? Cars can't get in."

After being contacted by police officers who responded to the report, A moved his car. The police plan to investigate A further to determine the full circumstances of the incident.
