HL D&I Hanla Co., Ltd. recently announced that it will begin receiving first-priority applications for 'Seosuwon Epyt Centralmark,' which is being supplied in the Dangsu Public Housing District of Gwonseon-gu, Suwon, today, December 9.

Special supply applications began on the 8th, followed by first-priority applications on the 9th, and second-priority applications on the 10th. The winners will be announced on the 16th, and the contract signing for successful applicants will take place for three days from December 29 to 31 at the model house located in Gosaek-dong, Gwonseon-gu, Suwon.

The model house of 'Seosuwon Epyt Centralmark,' which opened in Gwonseon-gu, Suwon-a non-regulated area in the Seoul metropolitan region often referred to as "Seoul's neighboring district"-was crowded with prospective buyers throughout the past weekend. Since the model house opened on the 28th, more than 10,000 people visited over the three-day weekend, heating up the atmosphere for the upcoming sale.

A representative from the 'Seosuwon Epyt Centralmark' model house stated, "End users seem to be paying attention because this apartment is being developed in the emerging residential area of Seosuwon and is expected to have strong future value." The representative added, "The Dangsu district, where this complex will be located, is a large-scale public housing district with a wide range of living infrastructure. The area is also benefiting from improved accessibility to Seoul due to the extension of the Shinbundang subway line, abundant development opportunities such as the creation of high-tech industrial complexes, and the appeal of a 'premium' branded apartment with specialized design-all of which appear to be drawing strong interest from potential buyers."

The feature that attracted the most attention from visiting end users was the storage space, which maximizes the use of interior space. HL D&I Hanla's unique "specialized design" provides a variety of storage solutions such as pantries and dressing rooms throughout the entrance, kitchen, and hallways, greatly enhancing storage convenience and catching the eyes of visitors.

In addition, some 84㎡ units feature a four-bay layout and balconies on three sides, increasing the usable area. The design also includes a spacious living room and expanded bedrooms-features rarely found in units of similar size-further maximizing the usability of the interior space and appealing to end users.

Another highlight of the specialized design is the increase in the number of parking spaces to two per household, which is about 1.4 to 1.8 times higher than neighboring complexes. As the tallest and most central landmark in the Suwon Dangsu District, the complex also received positive feedback from visitors for its luxurious exterior, unobstructed views and sunlight due to the building arrangement, and other premium features.

'Seosuwon Epyt Centralmark,' which will be built on two central blocks (M1 and M2) in the Dangsu Public Housing District of Gwonseon-gu, Suwon, will consist of 470 units. The M1 block will have two buildings with 25 floors above ground and two basement levels, comprising 190 units: 94 units of 74㎡, 48 units of 84㎡A, and 48 units of 103㎡A. The M2 block will have three buildings with 280 units: 91 units of 74㎡, 71 units of 84㎡A, 48 units of 84㎡B, 23 units of 103㎡A, 46 units of 103㎡B, and 1 unit of 117㎡.

This apartment complex is located in a non-regulated area, so the requirements for application and loans are relatively relaxed. As a complex subject to the pre-sale price ceiling system, the prices are also considered to be set at reasonable levels.

The Suwon Dangsu District is a public housing area of approximately 950,000㎡ being developed in the Dangsu-dong area of Gwonseon-gu, Suwon. Around 7,800 apartment units will be built here, accommodating about 19,000 residents. In addition, the extension of the Shinbundang subway line is expected to open soon, improving access to Seoul. The area is also seeing the development of high-tech industrial complexes, making it an ideal location for those seeking proximity between home and work. A specialized mixed-use commercial facility is also planned within the complex, allowing residents to enjoy a one-stop lifestyle.

The living infrastructure is also well established. Residents will have convenient access to shopping, cultural, and sports facilities in the nearby Homeasil District, and a variety of amenities will be available within the complex itself. The Seosuwon Chilbo Sports Center, which offers a range of facilities including an indoor gymnasium, artificial turf field, outdoor basketball court, outdoor badminton court, gateball court, and park golf course, is also located nearby.

The educational environment is excellent as well. Within a 1.5 km radius of the complex are Dangsu, Geumgok, Gaon, Sangchon, and Jeungchon Elementary Schools; Sangchon and Suwon Chilbo Middle Schools; and Suwon Chilbo High School, allowing children to attend school conveniently. The large Suwon City Homeasil Library is also nearby.

Another advantage of this complex is that, as the tallest building in the very center of the Suwon Dangsu District, it is expected to become a landmark in the Seosuwon area in the future.

A sales representative from HL D&I Hanla said, "'Seosuwon Epyt Centralmark' is a complex in a non-regulated area subject to the pre-sale price ceiling system, and it offers excellent accessibility to Seoul and a well-established living infrastructure. It is expected to soon become a landmark in the Seosuwon area. In particular, thanks to its specialized design, it provides a comfortable living space, ample storage, and safe parking, making it a 'premium' apartment complex. Therefore, it is worth considering not only for end users looking to purchase a home but also for investors."

The project is being developed by The Hub Co., Ltd., which has entrusted Korea Trust with the project, and HL D&I Hanla is responsible for construction.
