The meeting was attended by local business representatives and staff members who participated in the expo. They shared their opinions on the overall operation of the exhibition and conveyed the difficulties and requests for improvement identified at their respective companies.

Prior to this, from October 30 to November 1, the city held the "14th Gwangju City Business Expo" in conjunction with G-FAIR KOREA at KINTEX in Goyang City. Sixty local companies participated in the expo, which expanded opportunities for consultations with domestic and international buyers. As a result, a total of 1,126 consultations (415 domestic and 711 export-related) were conducted, amounting to approximately 26.3 billion won, and sales performance showed a significant increase compared to the previous year.

During the meeting, various suggestions were made, including organizing participating companies by industry to better match the nature of the exhibition, improving buyer matching methods, and strengthening promotional efforts. The city plans to actively review these suggestions and reflect them in the operation of future expos.

Mayor Bang Sehwan stated, "The achievements of this expo are the result of the active participation and efforts of local businesses," adding, "We will carefully review the suggestions made and provide strong support to ensure that the next expo becomes an even more practical and progressive event."
