Two New Beverages Including "Classic Mulled Wine Hibiscus Tea"
Four Types of Cakes Introduced
Starbucks Korea announced on the 28th that it is launching its second Christmas season, introducing new beverages, food items, goods, and gift products.
This promotion is themed with the message "FIND JOY IN EVERY MOMENT," aiming to capture the excitement of Christmas and the warmth of the year-end season in its products, so that customers can create joyful memories with their loved ones at Starbucks.
First, Starbucks is once again releasing its mulled wine-inspired beverage this year. The "Classic Mulled Wine Hibiscus Tea" features a base with rich red wine flavor, simmered with grapefruit, orange, lemon, and apple to recreate the classic taste of mulled wine, topped with fruit. As a non-alcoholic drink, it can be enjoyed by everyone, regardless of age or gender.
The "Chamomile Honey Tea Latte" combines the floral aroma of chamomile tea with the sweetness of honey. It is served with a chamomile tea bag, allowing customers to enjoy the subtle tea flavor while drinking. This beverage is also caffeine-free.
Beverages introduced during the first Christmas season, including the "Winter Scotch Vanilla Latte," "Toffee Nut Latte," and "Pink Pop Chamomile Relaxer," which debuted on October 30, will also be available until the end of the year. In particular, the "Winter Scotch Vanilla Latte," with its winter-inspired butterscotch flavor and rich coffee, has proven popular, surpassing 1 million cups sold within just two weeks of its launch.
Four types of cakes are also being introduced. The "Strawberry Fraisier Cake" is a mini whole cake that harmoniously blends the fresh and sweet taste of milk cream and strawberries. The cake is decorated to show the cross-section of the strawberries and topped with three fresh strawberries. The "Santa Bearista Cake" features a cute Bearista character, with a rich mascarpone cream and sweet, tangy strawberry flavor. The "Snowman Baumkuchen" is a baumkuchen cake shaped like a snowman wearing a strawberry hat, filled with vanilla custard cream. Also launching is the "Strawberry Moist Nutella Cake," which consists of chocolate castella generously topped with hazelnut fresh cream, Nutella spread, and fresh strawberries.
In addition, a collection of 12 "Delight Goods" items, including tumblers, thermos bottles, and mugs that suit the Christmas season, will be available at stores and through online channels such as the Starbucks Online Store, KakaoTalk Gift, Naver Brand Store, Musinsa, W Concept, and SSG.com.
Lee Sangmi, Head of Marketing at Starbucks, stated, "Starbucks has planned this season so that customers can create happy memories with their loved ones during the upcoming Christmas and year-end season," adding, "We will continue to offer a differentiated Starbucks experience through diverse seasonal promotions."
