Team Sparta Begins Pre-Registration for Future Tomorrow Experience Participating Companies

Financial Support Provided to Companies and Employees

Team Sparta announced on November 28 that it is conducting a pre-registration for participating companies in the 2026 Future Tomorrow Experience (Internship Program).

The Team Sparta Future Tomorrow Experience (Internship Program) is part of a youth job experience support initiative led by the Ministry of Employment and Labor. The program matches outstanding talent who have completed the employment competency enhancement program, "Sparta Club Naeil Baeum Camp," with companies in the IT and gaming sectors.

Participating companies can hire talent that meets their requirements and run a three-month internship program free of charge. Available roles include web and app development (backend, frontend, iOS, Android, Flutter), game development, planning, project management, quality assurance, UI/UX design, service planning and project management, data analysis, and growth marketing, covering both development and non-development positions.

As an additional benefit, companies are provided with a certain amount of financial support. Each company receives 200,000 KRW per month for each intern hired, and employees designated as mentors to help interns adapt and gain practical experience receive 150,000 KRW per month. However, executives at the director level or above, including outside directors, cannot be designated as mentors.

Applications can be submitted until the end of this year via the "Sparta Career" website, Team Sparta's own recruitment platform. Companies planning to hire interns for long-term positions will be given priority in selection.

Lee Beomgyu, CEO of Team Sparta, stated, "We will continue to focus on nurturing the talent that companies need by strengthening our employment support programs, such as enhancing our AI curriculum in line with the era of artificial intelligence transformation (AX), and creating opportunities for our partners to work with the best talent."
