Choo Kyungho, a member of the People Power Party, who has been the subject of an arrest warrant on charges of interfering with the resolution to lift martial law (engaging in key duties related to insurrection), makes a personal statement before the vote on his arrest motion at the National Assembly plenary session on November 27.
