Busan Urban Corporation Appoints Five New Legal Advisors to Strengthen Legal Risk Management

Two-Year Term Begins December 1
Strengthening Legal Support Across All Administrative and Business Operations

Busan Urban Corporation (BMC, President Shin Changho) announced that it will newly appoint five legal advisors as of December 1 to systematically manage legal risks and enhance management stability.


The newly appointed legal advisors will provide legal counsel on the corporation's major work areas for two years and serve as legal representatives in the event of lawsuits or other disputes.


The newly appointed legal advisors are: Attorney Kim Oesuk (Busan Law Firm), Attorney Lee Eunsu (Jinsim Partners Law Firm), Attorney Yoon Jaechul (Yoon Jaechul Law Office), Attorney Jeon Kyungmin (Yulha Law Firm), and Attorney Cho Sungje (Kukje Law Firm).


Through the operation of this new legal advisory group, Busan Urban Corporation plans to strengthen its ongoing legal support system across all business areas and proactively respond to the increasingly specialized and complex administrative and business environments.


Shin Changho, President of Busan Urban Corporation, stated, "As our business scale expands and the institutional environment becomes more complex and diverse, the role of legal advisors is becoming increasingly important. We will work to realize administration based on the rule of law and become a corporation trusted by citizens, together with legal advisors who possess extensive experience and expertise."
