Expansion of the Kitchen Marker Lineup
On November 27, Monami announced that it is expanding its Kitchen Marker lineup to two products with the launch of a new "Kitchen Marker exclusively for silicone."
Monami developed the "Kitchen Marker exclusively for silicone" to address the shortcomings of previous products, which left ink stains on silicone materials and were difficult to use. This launch also responds to the growing demand for silicone containers.
This new product features a special ink that can be cleanly erased from silicone surfaces without leaving any ink stains. While the ink is resistant to water, it can be easily removed with kitchen detergent, eliminating inconveniences such as residue from attaching and removing labels or ink smudging caused by moisture inside refrigerators and freezers. In addition, the pump-type design ensures that the ink is clearly visible even on silicone materials, making it suitable for use on opaque containers where the contents are not visible.
The product is available in two colors: black and white. Notably, the white color is being introduced for the first time with this new product. The back of the packaging features a QR code that provides a product guide video for first-time users. The price is 2,500 KRW.
To celebrate the launch, Monami plans to hold various giveaway events on its official social networking services (SNS).
A Monami representative stated, "With this new product, we have expanded the usability of the Kitchen Marker to silicone materials, enhancing user convenience. Monami will continue to introduce writing solutions that can be used in both everyday life and industry."
