Convenient Stick-Type Yogurt
Contains Over 72% Domestic Milk and Probiotics
Seoul Milk Cooperative announced on November 27 that its children's fermented milk product, "Jjayo Jjayo," surpassed a cumulative sales volume of 280 million units (based on single packs) as of October this year.
First introduced in 2000, "Jjayo Jjayo" is a stick-type yogurt that is notable for its convenient squeeze-and-eat format. The product contains more than 72% of Seoul Milk's high-quality raw milk and includes probiotic lactic acid bacteria. To cater to a variety of tastes, the product comes in three flavors: strawberry, grape, and peach.
Kim Jungpyo, Head of Fermented Milk Marketing at Seoul Milk Cooperative, stated, "Our differentiated strategy of offering a stick-type yogurt, combined with the superior quality of using domestic raw milk, has enabled us to achieve the milestone of 280 million cumulative units sold." He added, "It is a great snack not only for children but also for adults, and it can be enjoyed as a salad dressing or even frozen for a unique taste experience."
