Favorable Weather Expected for Nuriho's Fourth Launch... Proceeding as Scheduled Nuri, which will head to space on the 27th, stands tall on the launch pad at Naro Space Center in Goheung, Jeonnam, on the 25th. Provided by the Space Agency

In the early morning of November 27, when the fourth launch of the Korean launch vehicle Nuri is scheduled, weather conditions around the Naro Space Center in Goheung are not expected to pose any significant obstacles.


According to the Gwangju Regional Meteorological Administration on November 26, the temperature around the Naro Space Center in Goheung at approximately 1 a.m. on November 27, the scheduled launch time for Nuri, is expected to be 8 degrees Celsius, with wind speeds of 3 to 4 meters per second.


The Meteorological Administration believes that overall weather conditions will not interfere with the launch.


In the Gwangju and Jeonnam regions, between midnight and noon on November 27, there will be considerable cloud cover and a chance of light rain at times. However, rain is not expected around the scheduled launch time. The expected precipitation is around 5 millimeters.


Although there will be many clouds and somewhat windy conditions, fog that could affect visibility is not anticipated.


In the Gwangju and Jeonnam regions, the maximum daytime temperature on November 26 is forecast to be between 11 and 14 degrees Celsius, and the minimum temperature on the morning of November 27 is expected to be between 1 and 8 degrees Celsius.
