The NCSI survey, organized by the Korea Productivity Center, is a representative customer satisfaction measurement index that quantifies and measures the satisfaction level of customers who directly evaluate products and services produced domestically and internationally and sold to Korean consumers. This year marks its 28th edition.
Shinhan Bank has implemented a range of initiatives, including: promoting customer convenience innovation projects; conducting on-site campaigns at all branches to enhance customer convenience; and operating the 'Shinhan Refresh' platform, which reflects customer inconveniences and shares improvements made.
To protect customer assets, the bank is also pursuing measures such as: the 'Voice Phishing FDS Sharing System' among subsidiaries; the 'Voice Phishing Dedicated Safety Keeper Desk', which is the first in the financial sector to be operated at all branches nationwide; and the comprehensive voice phishing prevention platform 'Jikyeoyo'.
In addition to the NCSI, Shinhan Bank also ranked first this year in major customer satisfaction surveys, including the Korea Service Quality Index (KS-SQI), the Korean Industry Service Quality Index (KSQI), and the Korea Customer Satisfaction Index (KCSI).
A Shinhan Bank representative stated, "We will continue to enhance customer convenience with easier and more comfortable, innovative financial services, and provide differentiated solutions going forward."
