Lee Myeongcheol, a student from the Department of Social Welfare at Silla University who received the award, said, "Through the Work Experience Project, I was able to design, implement, and evaluate a program myself, making it a valuable experience. I was reminded once again of the importance of field experience in the field of social welfare, and I would like to encourage my juniors not to miss out on such valuable opportunities and to actively take on new challenges."

Student Baek Kyungbin also shared, "Through this project, I was able to learn about real work in the field and gain confidence in my career path. Although it was a short period, it was a meaningful experience in which I deeply realized the importance of collaboration and responsibility."

Professor Jung Sujeong of the Department of Social Welfare at Silla University emphasized, "Through the process of independently identifying social issues in the field and seeking solutions, students were able to experience the true meaning of social welfare practice. We will continue to actively support young people so that they can gain practical experience and develop their expertise within the local community."
