Goyang Industry Promotion Agency in Gyeonggi Province (Director: Han Donggyun) is recruiting new resident companies for its corporate residency facilities until November 19.

The recruitment covers a total of seven offices: three offices in Tower 1 (32-19, Gobong-ro, Ilsandong-gu) and four offices in the Creative Innovation Campus Seongsa (1415, Goyang-daero, Deogyang-gu).
Eligible applicants include corporations, sole proprietors, and aspiring entrepreneurs in advanced industries such as ICT and software, broadcasting and video, smart content, and bio-related fields. Anyone in these categories may apply.
Selected resident companies will be able to use office space at a lower rental rate compared to nearby market prices and will have access to amenities such as internet and heating and cooling facilities. In addition, they will receive regular information on a variety of business support programs, including the 'Goyang-type TIPS Project' supported by the Agency and Goyang Investment Promotion Agency, fund investments, and networking events.
Companies wishing to move in should download the application form from the Agency’s website, fill it out, and submit it via email by 4:00 p.m. on November 19.
The final resident companies will be selected through a document review and presentation evaluation, and move-in will be possible between December this year and January next year.
