"Well Done Preparing for the Exam": Gender Equality Ministry Offers Experiential Programs for Youth After College Entrance Exam

Ministry of Gender Equality and Family Announces Nationwide "Youth Facility Programs" After College Entrance Exam

The Ministry of Gender Equality and Family and the Korea Youth Work Agency have announced that they will operate a variety of experiential activity programs across the country for young people who have completed the 2026 College Scholastic Ability Test. The aim is to help students regain psychological stability, explore career paths, and prepare for new challenges after the exam.

According to the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family on November 12, national youth training centers will offer various hands-on activity programs where young people can interact and participate together.

The National Youth Center of Korea will run programs such as the "Digital Playground" and the "Blue and White Playground" to help students create positive memories with friends after the exam. The National Pyeongchang Youth Center will expand its "Visiting Bridge Camp" and the "Congratulations to Seniors (SHOW)"-which received great feedback last year-into a two-day, one-night program. The National Youth Space Center will offer a "Space Science Career Experience" for students interested in science, while the National Youth Bio Life Center will provide a program called "After the Exam, A New Beginning" to help students reflect and resolve concerns. The National Youth Marine Center will offer opportunities to experience travel, beauty, and health, and will operate the "After the Exam, Finding Myself" program, where students can share memories.

Youth cultural centers and youth training centers in various regions nationwide will also run regionally tailored programs for career exploration, cultural arts, and sports experiences for young people.

For example, the Seoul Dongdaemun Youth Center will offer a "Career Experience Program" including magic and power speech, the Gwangju Youth Training Center will provide a "Stress Management and Emotional Regulation Program," and the Gurye-gun Youth Cultural Center in North Jeolla Province will run a "Program for Preventing Illegal Financial Fraud and Protecting Part-Time Workers' Rights."

Youth interested in participating can check program schedules and fees on the "Youth Activity Information Service (e-Youth)" website or mobile web. The location-based search function allows easy access to nearby facilities and activity information.

Won Minkyoung, Minister of Gender Equality and Family, stated, "I sincerely applaud all test-takers for their perseverance and effort throughout this long journey," adding, "The programs offered at youth facilities nationwide will be strong companions supporting young people as they embark on new beginnings."

Son Yeongi, President of the Korea Youth Work Agency, commented, "I hope that young people who have completed their long period of study can set aside career concerns for a while, freely experience a variety of activities, and discover their true selves," adding, "We expect that the diverse programs at national youth facilities will help young people regain their confidence."
