Iksan City to Operate "Memories Left in Baekje" Experience Program

Featuring the "Baekje Costume Shared Folder,"
"Memory Tree Decoration," and More

Iksan City in North Jeolla Province will operate the experience program "Memories Left in Baekje" at the Baekje Cultural Experience Center from the 18th of this month to the 25th of next month.


According to the city on November 12, this program consists of the "Baekje Costume Shared Folder," "Memory Tree Decoration," and "Mireuksaji Stone Pagoda Tree Making."

The "Baekje Costume Shared Folder" is a participatory event where visitors can share photos taken after trying on Baekje costumes. From November 18 to December 7, participants can submit their photos via the Iksan Baekje Cultural Experience Center's social media channels or by email.


The photos will be released on December 11 through the Iksan Baekje Cultural Experience Center and Iksan City's social media channels. Outstanding photos will also be used as promotional content next year.


"Memory Tree Decoration" is an interactive program where visitors can decorate a wall tree installed at the Baekje Cultural Experience Center with their photo booth-style pictures. It will be held from November 25 to December 25, and each participating team will receive one photo booth coupon.


"Mireuksaji Stone Pagoda Tree Making" is a hands-on activity that reinterprets the Mireuksaji Stone Pagoda, a symbol of Baekje, in the form of a Christmas tree. It will take place on December 25 at 10 a.m. and 2 p.m., with 12 participants per session. Applications for participation must be made in advance through the Iksan City integrated reservation system from December 16 to 19.
