8th Session of the Hope Seongnam Talk Concert
Seongnam City in Gyeonggi Province (Mayor: Shin Sangjin) will hold the 8th Hope Seongnam Talk Concert, themed "Real Estate Outlook and Strategies for Buying a Home," on the first floor of City Hall (Onnuri Hall) from 3:50 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. on the 19th.

The guest lecturer for this session is Ko Jongwan, President of the Korea Asset Management Research Institute.
President Ko will give a lecture on real estate policies citizens should know, future market outlook, and strategies for buying a home amid the changing real estate market.
Dr. Ko holds a Ph.D. in Urban Engineering from Hanyang University. He has served as an invited professor at Konkuk University's Graduate School of Real Estate, a special professor at Hanyang University's Graduate School of Real Estate Convergence, and as an advisory committee member for LH Corporation.
He is currently serving as a member of the Alternative Investment Committee of the National Pension Service and as a member of the Financial Development Deliberation Committee of the Financial Services Commission.
His publications include "House to Buy, House to Sell" and "The Real Estate War in Korea," among others.
The lecture is free of charge, and up to 600 participants can register on a first-come, first-served basis through Seongnam City's lifelong learning integrated platform, "Baeumsoop" website.
As the second installment of the economic special lecture series, Seongnam City will invite Kim Gwangseok, Head of Economic Research at the Korea Economic and Industrial Research Institute, to deliver the final Hope Seongnam Talk Concert lecture of the year (9th session) on December 9.
