"For Tomorrow: 2025 Hallym University Field Training Forum" Held

Hallym University (President Choi Yanghee) Field Training Support Center held the "For Tomorrow: 2025 Hallym University Field Training Forum" on the 5th at the Hallym University CLC Auditorium and the University Headquarters Academic Affairs Meeting Room.

Approximately 70 internal and external members related to field training attended the forum, which was organized to reaffirm the importance of field training in students' career planning and to refine its direction.

The first part of the forum included an information session on the field training semester system for students and faculty, as well as an awards ceremony for a related contest. The second part featured the sharing of case studies from other universities.

For the second part, representatives from universities across the country and related field training institutions were invited. Kim Taehyung, Deputy Director of Hanyang University ERICA Field Training Support Center, and Professor Kim Myungsoo of Mokpo National University IPP Project Group presented their respective university case studies, providing an opportunity to re-examine how field training contributes to students' employment rates and regional settlement.

Based on the outcomes of the forum, the Hallym University Field Training Support Center plans to pursue more systematic operations and the advancement of field training, supporting students in gaining work experience and strengthening their field training competencies.
