Samsung Electronics Wins Numerous CES 2026 Innovation Awards in Display, Mobile, and Semiconductors

Samsung Electronics announced on November 6 that it has won a total of 27 CES Innovation Awards, including three Best of Innovation Awards, ahead of CES 2026, the world's largest electronics exhibition, which will be held in Las Vegas, USA, in January next year.

The Consumer Technology Association (CTA) announced the recipients of the CES Innovation Awards for products and technologies on November 5 (local time). Each year, prior to the opening of CES, CTA selects the most innovative products and services and presents them with the CES Innovation Awards.


Samsung Electronics received a total of 27 Innovation Awards: 12 in visual display, 4 in home appliances, 3 in mobile, 7 in semiconductors, and 1 for Harman.


In the visual display category, Samsung won two Best of Innovation Awards, which are given to the most innovative products or technologies in the industry, and received 10 additional Innovation Awards for new products and services, including its 2026 TV and monitor lineup. In the home appliances category, Samsung received four CES Innovation Awards for new 2026 appliances and technologies, including the 'Refrigerator Auto Open Door' feature, which enhances user convenience.


In the mobile category, Samsung won three Innovation Awards for the 'Galaxy XR,' 'Galaxy Z Fold7,' and 'Galaxy Watch8.' In the semiconductor category, the quantum security chip 'S3SSE2A' won the Best of Innovation Award in the cybersecurity field and also received an Innovation Award in the embedded technology field, earning recognition in two separate areas. Samsung also received Innovation Awards for LPDDR6, PM9E1, a detachable automotive SSD, ISOCELL HP5, and T7 Resurrected.


Harman's 'JBL Tour One M3 Smart Tx' noise-canceling over-ear headphones also received an Innovation Award. This product features a transmitter with a touch display, allowing users to wirelessly connect audio from in-flight entertainment systems, tablets, or laptops.
